About Gear U Up

We Don't Just Teach Driving.
We Build Drivers.

Founded in Lynnwood, Gear U Up Driving School was born from a simple belief: every new driver deserves a patient, skilled instructor who genuinely cares about their success. We've spent over a decade helping teens and adults in Snohomish County become the confident, responsible drivers our roads need.

Our approach goes beyond passing a test. We teach judgment, awareness, and the habits that keep you safe long after your license is in hand. That's why our students consistently achieve one of the highest road test pass rates in the region.
